ADSI = Active Directory Services Interface, a Microsoft technology that delivers details about the Exchange Server directory and, under Windows 2000, the entire organization directory. For references, see:

Tools

ADSI Explorer	Lets you browse the structure and query the data contained in the various directories that ADSI supports
Directory Transformation Manager	Import or synchronize multiple directories from mail servers and databases to the Active Directory or Exchange 5.5 Global Address List. Can also synchronize between two Exchange organizations. Supports two-way synchronization with SQL Server or Excel.
