I have revised this script a few times now. Found this version was memory and cpu intensive. Working with Sue to post code in ZIP format to this website.

Will this work for Exchange 2003 too. You said it works for 5.5 only.
Is there any such script available for Windows 2003.
Thanks,
Athif

Since later version still support scripting, I'd expect it to work. But it would be better to port it to an event sink.

I have not tested it. I would think that you could simply provide permissions to the mailbox folder and avoid the whole concern with scripts. Exchange 2000+ has excellent web connectivity, that you should be able to provide web links directly into the conference room calendars.

My main reason for developing this script was to get around the Exchange 5.5 problems of allowing Outlook users to view the calendar. Outlook corrupts the local copy of the free/busy information in Exchange 5.5.
