To launch a custom Outlook form from a Web page

Richard has updated Paul Qualls' original Javascript code to open a custom message form
so you can open multiple forms from a single page using either form
buttons or text links. One application would be an Outlook folder
home page with links to frequently used forms published in the
Organization Forms library.
Note,
however, that under the more restrictive security in Outlook 2002
and later versions, you may not be able to script Outlook from a web page unless you
lower browser security for the Local Intranet zone.
