To deliver Outlook items immediately

This VBA code sample, originally for Outlook 2000, was provided by Outlook MVP Ken Slovak, co-author of Professional Outlook 2000 Programming. It sends the current Outlook item, then executes the Tools | Send command to deliver it to the mail server; note that this will generate a security prompt.
