Where to publish a form in Exchange 2010?
We are merging to Exchange 2010 and shall not use Organizational folders (due to too heavy synchronizing) or Personal Folders (removing *.pst) and we don't use Sharepoint.

My form is for IPM.Appointment for the whole organization. It only contains plain text.

Where can I publish the form and later deploy it? In Standard Folders?

I have tried to write VBA to attach the text to the body, but haven't got it to work properly. Cannot trap the event when IPM.Appointment actually is opened, only before it opens. I try to make a custom button on the ribbon and hide the standardbutton, but haven't quite found the solution for that either.

Outlook 2010. Can anyone please give directions on how to go from here. thank you in advance.
